Format:

• starting with the seed you bring we give in to flow, intuition, and what wants to happen

• mostly conversational, I ask questions and together we uncover what’s hidden and reveal the connections that want to be made

• sessions start with landing in, and connecting with, our bodies

• sessions may, or may not, include guided visualizations, imagination play, ritual building, chanting/singing, meditation, or tarot, and you may certainly request elements be present!

• you will come away seeing and feeling yourself more clearly, equipped with practical emotional reframes, shifts in language, and concrete next steps.
