Let’s get dreamy..

Prismatic and evanescent, dreams have their own intelligence and desires, offering us a portal to something perhaps otherwise hidden. I delight in journeying with dreamers and together uncovering your dreams’ jeweled messages.

I approach dreams in an intuitive way structurally supported by the Dream Tending framework proposed by Dr. Stephen Aizenstat. I studied this method directly with Dr. Aizenstat, completing all three Dream Tending Certificates.

My own dreams have been vivid and active since early childhood and it has been blessing to discover a relational approach that understands how well dreams are expressed and processed through active imagination, art making, and play.

Together we will open up your dream, invite it to come alive, explore and listen. This is a gentle and powerful practice. The dream and its many images are our guests. As the host I will not impose meanings, interpretations or judgments onto the dream, I am here to help you get to know it, to enter into a relationship with these images. Like most guests, dreams and their images have their own intelligence and desires, in our time together these will come forward. I will help us to open the realm of active and deep imagination where dreams love to come alive so that you can meet your dream in its native language.

while the meeting is for 1.5 hours, please allow for 2 hours so that you can gently transition into your next activity or in case the dream wants a bit more time together

While the tough things you (and the world) experience may come up through the dream, and while intolerable images sometimes do present themselves, this practice is not hard or distressing. there is no “ripping off the band-aid”, instead it’s more like soaking in a warm fragrant tub until the adhesive has dissolved and the band-aid floats to the surface (so to speak). Together we allow what sometimes feels like an opaque tangled knot to loosen and set itself free with little effort; by staying connected to your breath, body, and supportive figures you will be guided to keep yourself safe.

please note: though I am sensitive to the delicate and complex nature of trauma, I am not a therapist
